Shopping center “Atrium” is one of the most modern and most visited shopping centers located on the intersection of the transport arteries of Chisinau. MallDova is the first large format retail and entertainment commercial center in Moldova. It was opened on November 12, 2008 following an investment of €50 million.Shopping MallDova is located between Sectorul Botanica and Central Chișinău, on 21 Arborilor str., one of the main arteries of Chișinău. It has 800 parking spaces. There are a lot of cafes and rest places which attract people. There are also a lot of parties and concerts of celebrities bands on the first flour. MallDova is now best known for its great terrace, and other than this it also has unique shops and a good food court.
In December 2011, the Grand Hall shopping center acquired a modern facade combined with a unique interior design. The building is architecturally designed on four levels. On the territory of the center there are shops, a cafe and a restaurant. The advanced infrastructure of the center will turn shopping into a pleasure. After reconstruction, the total area of the Grand Hall is 20,200 sq.m., and the commercial area is 8,800 sq.m.

Zity Mall is a huge project opened in 2017 and developed by an American investment fund and assets of over $ 200 million in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. This is a commercial platform not only for shopping but also for commercial spaces and offices for rent (ZTower and Zity Office), being part of the legendary commercial complex Zorile SA. We continuously develop and invest in an area of up to 17,700 m2 – for shops and leisure, thus aiming to become the most important shopping and entertainment destination in the region.
